Scott has his M.S. in exercise science. He has trained top tier athletes who've competed at the Olympics along with everyday people getting ready for their first 5k. With over 20 years of experience training runners, this strength program is guaranteed to add value to your run game, whether you're getting out there for a 5k or Ultra.
